How can I place an order on your website?
Choose the medicines you want to buy. You can search for them using drug categories, a search bar, or a search by name. Click on the selected product, read the information about it, choose the necessary dosage and the number of tablets. Add the product to the online shopping cart. Repeat the described steps if you need more than one medication. Once you’ve added all the products in the shopping cart, proceed to checkout and fill in the required fields, select the desired delivery method and payment option. Check the details of your order and submit it. As soon as we accept your order, you will receive an email order confirmation.That’s all! Now you only need to wait for delivery.
Do you sell generic drugs?
Yes, we sell both branded and generic medicines.
How can I pay for medication?
You can pay via Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, and e-checks.
How much is shipping?
The shipping fee depends on the delivery option you choose. To find out your shipping fee, please select the required items and proceed to checkout.
How do you send orders?
We ship all medications in discreet-looking packages, so no one except you will learn about what you have ordered.
What if the package is lost, damaged, or not complete?
Such situations are very rare. If this happens, please contact our customer support as soon as possible. We will either reship your order for free or offer you a full refund.
What shipping methods do you use?
Currently, we deliver orders using 2 shipping methods: EMS (5 – 9 days) and Regular Airmail (14 – 21 days). The orders sent by Regular Airmail cannot be tracked.
Can I check the order status?
You can track your order if you’ve opted for the EMS shipping option. You can check the status of your order the “Order Status” page.
What if I still haven’t received my order?
If you’ve chosen the EMS shipping option, you can check your order status online on our website and find out its current location. If you’ve opted for Regular Airmail shipping, then keep in mind it could take up to 30 days for your order to be delivered. If you do not receive your order within this term, please contact your local postal office. If they confirm that your parcel has not arrived, we will reship your order free of charge or give you a full refund.
